We have a newer technique (Inhance) that we have implemented at the Valley Center. This new technique allows us to perform non-contrast MRA of the Abdomen and non-contrast MRA of the Lower Extremities with greater accuracy. It helps patients that have low GFR’s, to have an MRA of the Abdomen and Lower Extremity without the use of contrast. We have added MRA of Abdomen
without contrast and MRA of the Lower Extremities
without contrast. The CPT codes are the same if we are doing without or without and with.

- Prep for Exam:
- NPO for 4 hours prior to the exam.
